Reorganization in preparation for the listing of the shares of Kenford Group including acquisitions of interests in Kario HK and its subsidiary, DG Kario, (collectively the “Kario Group”).

Kenford Group and its subsidiaries (together, the “Group”)’s Shares and warrants successfully listed and commenced trading on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“Stock Exchange”). A total of 400,000,000 new shares and a total of 100,000,000 bonus warrants (convertible into 50,000,000 new shares) were issued, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$36.5 million (after accounting for an overprovision of IPO expenses of about HK$2.5 million, against a provision of HK$2.1 million as stated in the prospectus of Kenford Group dated 31 May 2005.)

New plant’s construction plan started to commence. The production of new plant is expected to completed in Changping, Dongguan, People’s Republic of China and the Group’s production capacity is expected to increase by approximately 25% to 33% thereafter.

Fame Motor Limited incorporated in Hong Kong

Successfully raised HK$18 million from the market through placement of new shares of Kenford Group.

Dongguan Fame Motor Limited incorporated in People’s Republic of China
